Jonny bowled well & so did Sammy, even though he dropped a "stinger", but the dressing room was content at the change over. The FCC "ringers" bowled well, to make up for their lack of football experience, and the run rate was not easy to keep on top of. Tim did his best, launching Nick for a couple of sixes, and topped the batting. Bomber failed to get out of negative equity with a duck. Carl twatted a couple, Jonny got a golden (again), this time to Dave T of all people. Nige ran out Maha when he was in full flow with a PB.
Fletch had a chance to be a hero, but fluffed it again.

I'm not normally one to blow my own trumpet, at least not in public, but my figures were actually a PB of 5-21, albeit in a losing cause. I blame the "batsmen," you know who you are!

I'm pretty sure that "Moreton's fifth choice keeper" is getting ahead of himself. Surely he can only be 7th or 8th choice. and he should start bowling at adults.

Sophie titwank? Look chaps let's give it a rest, for most of you it was a loss of a cricket match followed by a consolation hand-shandy before you fell asleep crying. For me, it was a comical afternoon watching charlie chaplin cricket followed by two large handfuls of Henley's finest BABYLONS. No Sam, you would turn to stone if you saw them, as much like the universe they're much too big for you to fathom.
I'll wager a fiver that bomber can excede this masterful performance! Any takers???
